18th Birthday! w00t

So tomarrow is my 18th birthday. Ya im pretty excited. I will be able to legally buy lottos,ciggarettes (if i smoked which i dont), and scratchers. none of which i will probably be doing (unless someone buys me a scratcher at work). But who cares about all of that stuff when i will finally be able to buy......Ridiculously over priced junk that i really dont need (such as a chia pet or perhaps one of those flashlights that never stop working....you know the kind you can run down to the dollar store and get) on the TV!!!! w00t! And yes i realize that all of the ppl that have been talking to me today are by now asking themselves when oh when sami will stop talking about the infomercials? when will this nightmare end?! I tell you now it will not end until something is bought. i must take advantage in the fact that i will be included in the "you must be 18 years or older to purchase this product" and by doing this i can look at all my friends who have yet to reach the age of 18 and laugh in their face as i nurture my Chia pet into a wonderful green back known only as the porcipine species...or perhaps i will get scooby. im not sure yet. Anyways i will be looking forward to that. when i buy somthing i will be sure to tell you all about it...that is if i remember to once again update this within the next year...a slim to none chance.(Once again the ppl i have been talking to are nodding their heads in agreement with me as they know i dont even update this thing until they tell me about 20 times.)Also for those of you who know josiah (marisa{Look look! i spelled your name right!!!} you would get a kick out of this) you should check out the videos on youtube of him getting pwnd!MUAHHAAH! its got to be the funniest thing i have ever seen! also they did it twice which makes it all the better! email me if you want the address to the site and i wil give it to you. well i guess thats about it. there isnt really that much to talk about other than teh humiliation of josiah :P so until the next time i update this thing thats it for now!

E_TEAM

So ok i lied i havent updated this thing for way more than two months. sorry guys. heh i have been working so much and with choir and other things i dont get on as much as i used to. But alas i am on my third glorious snow day (not including the weekend) and i am running out of things to do. so once again out of pure boredum here am I. i do however have somethign to talk about rather than pure randomness or stupid things that i have done lol. Even tho technically i found out about this weeks ago  i got another thing for it today. I  got into E-TEAM Mexico, and while it wasnt my first pick out of the places i am still equally excited to go! i have been told numerous times by my friends who like teasing me that i will have to change my hair color before i go there. apparently blonde is a very liked color over there and with the newest highlights i now have practically white blone hair. maby i should just go bald. i think that would look good on me. i could be just like nick (my brother who is in the army). im sure he would love that. lol. so anyways i got the E-TEAM information packet today and from what my friend Jennifer (she has been on E-TEAM  before also and is now looking to get into teh peace core after she graduates from nursing college) told me i knew what was coming but i found a few comical things in it. Of course my mother didnt find them as humorous as i did but hey we cant all have sami's sence of humor. So let me tell you that when Jennifers mom got the e-team letter she almost didnt let her go on the count of the liability waver thingy you have to sign. The waver talks about how if you get kidnapped over there they will not pay for any ransom. also if you die over there they will bury you there unless you say otherwise. not that that is really funny but it came across my mind that when my mother reads this i too am goign to wonder if she will still let me go. i realize they have to say this just in case anything does happen but why tell my parents who are barely letting em go as it is? oh well i will go either way. i am very excited about this trip. i cant wait. i have gotten a list of all those who are going with me and found out i will be staying in the exact same place along with teh exact same ppl as my dad did when he went. course i wil be staying longer than him but its all the same.

ps. To Josiah and John and Alex and Marrisa and all CTFers who keep telling me to update my xanga, this is a long one so you cant tell me that i never update it. As you all know i wont update it again for a very long time so occasionally reminding me will prolly not work but will still be appreciated. thanx for reminding me however futile your attempts may be. :D

im an idiot

Ok so ya i know i really need to update this think a lot more tahn i do but i have too much going on so you will have to bear w/ me. :)

so anyways its been a while and not much has happened but christmas is HERE!!! w00t (upcoming small rant) ok since i have nothing else to talk bout let me just say that it is CHRISTMAS time...not just the holidays...i think it is soo stupid how people are taking christ out of everything...for ex. the christmas tree..they put one up in our school and i was talking bout it to some one and they said no your wrong..its a holiday tree...so we had a debate on that...i dont care if teh gov. legaly changes it...it will always be a christmas tree...there is no point in even celebrating "the holidays" if the most important holiday is taken out....thn there is no point in even celebrating anything...b/c without CHRIST we would not have CHRISTmas...and ya that is how christmas came to be...Not b/c of santa clause..he is just a fake reason for kids to get more presants.( not saying that is wrong *g* ) but i do think that people shouldnt bring their kids up to think that santa was the reason fo the season cause he ISNT. its sad that it is becoming where you will get in trouble for wishing someone a merry christmas but if you say happy quanza noone cares....ok thats it for now. and ok that wasnt really short but oh well. it annoys me and it had to be said. thankyou and merry CHRISTmas. :)
